It is a sad day …

… but Rejoice … for we shared a time with a wonderfully, gifted woman.

Maya Angelou (Marguerite Annie Johnson), writer, born 4 April 1928; died 28 May 2014

There are not many authors or poets to which I can claim to own all their books. Maya Angelou is one of them.
What a legacy to leave not only to her son, Guy Johnson, but to the world.

Thank you.

Rest in peace.
